The offer is valid only on the www.tripadvisor.in site.
The offer is subject to your hotel photo being published on TripAdvisor.in between 26th Oct and 26th Dec, 2010. Your hotel photo contribution will be subject to regular TripAdvisor Photo Submission guidelines (http://www.tripadvisor.in/help/what_kinds_of_photographs_can_be_posted)
Photos of other kinds i.e. destination photos, attraction photos and restaurant photos will not be eligible to enter this promotion.
For every hotel photo that is submitted and published within the time period of the promotion using one particular membership number, TripAdvisor will give Rs 100 worth shopping voucher from Indiatimes.
Members will earn no more than Rs 500 worth Indiatimes shopping voucher during the promotion period.
Shopping vouchers will be awarded to only those members who qualify to earn shopping vouchers through this promotion, depending on the number of eligible hotel photos published.
TripAdvisor will send shopping voucher of the appropriate value to the member post 21 business days after end of promotion date. Therefore, if a member is qualifying to earn Rs 500 worth shopping voucher through the promotion by having submitted 5 hotel photos which have been published the voucher will be mailed within 21 business days of the end of the promotion date.
Member qualifies to get shopping voucher only when the photos submitted by him / her are within the photo guidelines and are published.
Hotel photos must be original, not copied from other sources (including other photos on TripAdvisor).

TripAdvisor reserves the right to change, amend, extend, withdraw and/or alter any of the terms & conditions and prizes of this offer at anytime without prior notice or giving any reasons.
Disputes, if any, will be subject to Indian laws and shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
